jupiter2932Saturday morning reading in between footie matches (along with an ongoing reread of the Dresden Files on audiobook; currently on Dead Beat). Back to trying to catch at least two matches a weekend--and trying to watch Tigres matches when they're available on streaming, and it's honestly done more for my mental health than anything I've tried in months. I hadn't realied how much I missed soccer since I moved in with The Roommate.
Realized I hadn't checked in on the extended family's whatsapp chat in a week and found several pics of my mom this morning--it would have been her 65th birthday Jan 31st (Dad would be 68 this March); I'd remembered, but was so busy with the usual end-of-January work wildness that I missed the day of. Still brings up all sorts of complicated feelings.
It's back into the 80s here, so I'm having more muscle/joint pain again, buttt I felt well enough to walk to the post office and back yesterday, so I'm counting this week as a win on the autoimmune front.
