Well, I'm basically recovered from the pneumonia but still having chronic fevers, so my doctors have a new 'we have no idea what's wrong with you???' problem to puzzle over. More specialists and blood panels in my future, and no clue when I'll be feeling better.

Update, finally figured out why it's taking me forever to get well again: it's pneumonia! Complicated by my asthma and other health issues. So that's a delight.

I am starting to get better, though, slowly, it's just going to be a while.

I'm considering starting to rate days on how rough they were by the number of cheap Regency romances or cozy mysteries I impulsively buy (or borrow on KU). Anyway, today was a 4-Regency day. Things continue to be really aggravating, health-wise, and also I'm low on sleep and minus my ADHD medication. I'm sure things will start to trend back up eventually, but I'm just wiped out a bit right now.

Not using dreamwidth as a drive-by venting dump, BUT today I got my insurance statement for the coverage of my latest bloodwork; they'd run more tests than usual, so I assumed it was going to be maybe double, or more than double what I usually pay (so I was assuming around $250 at the most), and it turns out it was $1100. ;_;
