Well, I'm basically recovered from the pneumonia but still having chronic fevers, so my doctors have a new 'we have no idea what's wrong with you???' problem to puzzle over. More specialists and blood panels in my future, and no clue when I'll be feeling better.

Good luck with getting a diagnosis!

(I know I sometimes don't know what to say when someone asks how I am today. 6^^; Sometimes yesterday was better, y'know, haha.)

Hahaaaa. Yeah, chronic illness is such a pain to deal with socially too, isn't it? I am actually currently working from a starbucks instead of home because my roommate's mother, who's moved in with us, keeps asking if I'm feeling all right--and wondering *why* I'm not feeling all right every time I admit to it, or asking if I'm *sure* I'm feeling all right if I don't; she really means well, but it's driving me a little batty. XD It's just so hard to explain to people (and then, often, have to re-explain, indefinitely)
On that note, I hope you're doing all right, generally. Or at least that things aren't trending downward :)

Yeah, that sounds awkward. 6^^;; It sounds like she means well, but she doesn't know what she can do or say to help you. (And maybe isn't used to being quietly supportive, because, y'know, moms. XD) Hopefully, it's just something that'll get better with time and familiarity.
Haha, thanks! Things are okay here. I've been frustrated at my lack of energy after work to do the things I want to do, but I had a bit of a break/long weekend to enjoy some stuff. ^.^ Including some fannish stuff, yay.
